What's your favourite whiskey?
Just wondering what everyone's favourite whiskey is? I'm interested in trying new kinds so all suggestions are welcome. Maker's Mark is mine, on the cheap- Old Charter.
I like Jack Daniel's but can't drink a lot of it, the aftertaste kills me.
I have a hell of a head cold and have been making Toddy's at night. Toddy recipes are welcome suggestions too.

LOL...yep....it's made from the same limestone riddled water that bourbon is, but I "think" JD goes through a charcoal filtration that makes it taste like shit. BOURBON FTMFW!! As long as it's not Wild Turkey or Four Roses...I can't stand them....and by the way...my folks own a big log home right behind the Beam distillery...love going down there during the summer when you can smell the Bourbon in the air!!

Bright Red- 1999 Trans Am Ws6
Makers Mark no doubt. I can do straight shots of that all night because it tastes so good. However, I would never substitute makers mark in any mixed drinks.
seven and seven always gets seagrams
car bomb always gets jamesons
etc...
