    whats a good ODBII scaner?

I don't need one for tunning, just something to plug in, read and tell me the code and clear it.

    Any suggestions?

    Please provide the links.

Matco sells them for a few hundred bucks.

But you will find they have more cool powers every hundred or so more dollars you spend.

    Cheapest. 200$ maybe.

I've seen my mechanic use this small one, his quick personal OBDII scanner and cleans the codes too...

the code readers are cheap now days. I have the actron cp9180 that I got from advanced auto for $177. Way nicer than just a code reader. You can do all kinds of cool stuff with it include watch and record live data.
