damn right brother. finally somebody that understands! my exact reaction will be, wow thats simply amazing, biggest record in sports is broken! Barry Bonds might be a fuckin jerkoff and cocky but hes one hell of a hitter and has been for years. He is far from the only player in MLB to have taken steroids.

this is my whole reaction : "heh" I mean youre right that steroids dont help you hit the ball, but it just smeared his image to the point where i dont really care for what he does. I mean hes a good player, hes definitely up there but..."heh"

i respect that. i dont like Barry Bonds but theres no denying his abilities and the amazing record hes about to break. Steroids or not you still have to connect on a lil white ball that is a total blur

Maybe they don't but they sure help your muscles recover quicker.

At any rate my reaction is "meh", mostly because baseball bores me a great deal.

I've gone to a few games, which is fun, granted I spend the time drinking beer and talking with buddies and seldom watch the actual game.

I dont like him either but give credit where it is due....in ALL sports they take all kinds of stuff to enhance playing ...thus we get entertained....if football players didnt get pain shots u would see many not play

the single season record was something...... this is really big........ to bad the media was ruined this event for many people who do not really understand sports.....I am a sports nut and this is something really special

i agree completely. People fail to realize that to play on such an elite level you gotta workout hard, take supplements etc jus to even have a chance, and this is totally seperate from being the creme of the crop in talent in the country. theres so many variables when it comes to athletic ability.
