This made me ill. Just goes to show there are folks out there with more $$$ than good sense, to say nothing of good taste.

Love that the owner's idea of the best spot for a photoshoot of that car is in a sketchy parking lot with a boarded up used furniture store in the background..
Says a lot..

....YUK......I actually read the article and do agree in the ''to each his own'' concept .IM GLAD ITS "HIS OWN"...NOT MINE....that things hideous...Ive been to many car shows, seen many customized over the top cars in my time and thats what car shows are about sometimes BUT sorry guys you screwed the pooch on this one!! Even if it was given to me free i wouldnt drive it anywhere! Id take all that crap off, part it out (if i could) and return it to a more sensible ride. It reminds me of something that you`d use in a comedy movie for a stereotyped scenario

If the wheels were no more than 20's and had nicely done interior I might like it.

I don't like it either. Also found 813s response pretty enlightening about his education level and ability to put a coherent sentence together. Just because you have some mad skills for art/body/interior/stereo work does not mean you are otherwise intelligent!

I saw the exterior, and thought, "Well, if they had done chrome instead of gold, and put some decent wheels on it, maybe." Then, I scrolled down, and saw the interior. Horrible. Have to give an A for effort, but that is all.

That thing is hideous and is absolutely a disgrace and doesn't even deserve to be called a camaro. I do sort of agree with 813s response except for the fact that you have to respect the time and effort it took. It took them a lot of time and effort to look uglier than stock and to go slower. I would have refused the job if it was me.

I am not a fan of the gen 5 SS but I have to say the suddle body differences in the ZL1 make it look mean compared to the SS.

I've driven a 5th Gen as well. Didn't like the visibility, but other than that it wasn't bad. I don't think it rode as nice as my 4th Gen though. It was the V6 model. I've also test drove a 5th Gen SS and I felt the power lacked quite a bit for being rated at 426hp.
Boost gets you laid, unless your name is Jon.

Drove the v6 a few times as well, the car is an m6. In my opinion they ride and handle better than any live axle could hope for, especially with some spirited driving entering and exiting corners. Or if those corners have some sort of defect that grabs one rear tire. But I'm also familier and prefer IRS suspensions on cars so I may be partial..lol
