Having trouble opening that page from work. I am guessing it was a child? That's terrible. I am not at all assigning blame since I can'teven get to the article and see the info, but I know it often surprises ppl how quickly a child can drown in very little water

2 years old? Yeah a toddler definitely has no business being left alone in a hot tub, you can't even turn your back on that for 2 seconds. I was thinking the child might've been older...
