What should I do?

So tonight my fiance fell asleep really early well I saw her phone on the ground so I picked it up so our daughter wouldn't find it and possible break it.

well when I picked it up I saw it was dead, so I plugged it in, when it powered up I got a text message on her phone from some guy.

So I was like wtf? I read through their conversations, and they were saying some pretty raunchy shit to one another.

So, I call the guy and leave him a voicemail, I wasn't all flipped out, but I am pretty pissed.

I found his facebook and myspace and now know all about this guy, I'm trying to wait until after tomorrow, but what should I do?

I want my little girl to live with me, but if we split she'll get custody because she's the mom and makes more money than me.

I just don't know what to do.

I just want what's best for my little girl, and I think her happiness is more important than my own. Daddy can put on his happy face, oh well I feel great I spend $200 on presents for my little girl.

Yep, whatever you do keep your kid in mind. Anything you do will look bad in court if you have to go that way. Your fiance sounds really immature too

Being that she's still your fiancée, you have it much easier than most guys. You'll still want a lawyer though for custody of your daughter. And either just keep the phone or ask the service provider for copies of all the text messages and call records.

Texts are worthless, you cant use them in court. Phone records could but, even if they prove that she is a cheating whore it won't help since cheating isn't a crime

If you have any joint accounts cancel them immediately. Move out of the house and stay away from her. Whatever you do don't go after the douchenozzle she is fucking, because a criminal record isn't going to help you in a custody battle

I know it's not a crime, but doesn't it hold some ground in a custody hearing?

Get a LAWYER - kick her out or move out - separate any/all cash that is held jointly - the writing is on the wall dude........READ IT!
