What Multivitamins do you guys take? I need a good one

I have taken those GNC mens multivitamin but i dont think they really dissolve to well from simple tests i did at home. What brands do you take or did take that you thought worked real well?

for regular daily halth i jsut use one a day mens health formula...
when im in a bulking phase i take animal pak training paks

I've been thru all kinds of vitamins. The only thing that I notice is blue-green algea (vitamins, minerals and most importantly, trace elements). Try it, you'll see

Both Vitamin Shop and GNC both have the "ultimate" mens vitamin. Get a vitamin that has a lot of stuff in it with high percentages and you're good.

May sound silly but I take flinstones because you can get them in gumball form. Ok thats childish I know but hey they taste good, why not? By the way anyone else ever notice there isint a betty?

i wasn't joking... i take my kids vitamins when i dont' feel motivated to do anything...

it's like a hit of crack to me... i get fucking crazy and shit and run around all over...

Honestly, if it takes a Flinstone vitamin to get people to take a vitamin then fuck it. Its not like they arent good for you jus because they are intended for kids. I've actually looked at whats in them and its actually a pretty damn decent vitamin considering its supposed to be for lil dudes.

Do those work for you? because I've still got a fuckload of Animal Paks and I think they suck fucking ass. I don't think I have training paks but I could be wrong, big ass yellow tube?

Yep, you got it. Check it out, there's studies out there about it's cancer fighting ability. It comes from Klamath lake in Oregon and it's sold under a variety of names, even Walmart sells it.
