    What looks best??

Really trying to learn this car photography stuff. These aren't the best shots.
I will post the good ones a bit later.

All pictures are taken on the same setting, but with the circular polarizer turned a little each time. This can effect exposure, which is why some may appear a little darker.

Trying to find the right spot for it on the reflective black.
    Thanks in advance!

I like the first one. The car starts to get a washed out look along with the leaves on the trees. Maybe brighter is what best describes what I'm thinking. But hey i do like them all. #1 looks more natural to me.

I am not a fan of the black on black.
The polished/chrome look breaks up the black and looks cleaner in my eyes.

    Curious....

I am sure you could notice the reflection off the windshield changing.
Does it look better being able to see in the cabin? Or with the sun reflecting off the glass?

Ok I like being able to see inside. I just like how rich the black looks in the first one. It would be cool if you could have both.

I like the first one as well. The car looks darkest, cleaner shinier, etc. A reflection looks cool as long as it's not too busy. This pic is cool esp. with the back ground but the reflection is busy, and gray, which takes away from how clean the car is. I know nothing about photography though.

My vote is for 3. Clean enhanced pic without the chrome'ish appearance. They make for nice artsy photo's, but I think your car looks better without.

And remember I don't know shit. Would this pic look better with the tops in,windows up, and parking lights on. I think I read that in some magazine about shooting car pics Don't get me wrong the pic/car look awesome as they are but i think LUOS is looking for perfect.

    I know what you mean.
The first set of HDR pics I tried the car came out looking like it was chrome.
    Gotten much better at it.

    This is without any adjusting.
    Pretty bad.

I've gotta go with 4 or 6... the left vs right contrast is nice, as well as the firebird emblem sticking out sorta subconsiously at us... until you mentioned the windshield thing, I honestly didn't notice... I just automatically discarded the first 3 pics out of hand as being inferior.... I dunno, it was just my first impression.

I vote 3 or 4. I need to get a tripod so I can mess around wtih HDR. I just picked up a Canon 30D yesterday so I was hoping to get some new shots in but it started snowing today so I think the vette will be in the garage until april.
