What a F'ing day!!!!!

1st had to deal with TSA assholes going through all my stuff.

Then get semi lost trying to find where this T/A is I was going to buy.

Then after I deceided to get it, we turn my rental in and head towards the notary. Then the engine knocks loud and is getting worse as we try to pull over.

We were not sure what it is, but needless to said I didn't get it. He did make it up to me by paying for my plane ticket and rental to get back home.

But damn...I feel like its a conspiracy against me getting another T/A...

I thank God it didn't happen after papers sign and money changed hands, and me stuck on the side of the road....

I know what their job is...but being RUDE and a DICK is not in job description period.

You can do your job and still not be an ass! It is called professionalism! If not find another one that doesn't deal with the public.

I know they spent lots of hours going thru ppls stuff, dealing with all kinds of A-holes, that are tired, grumppy, and fed up with all the BS that comes with traveling in the air these days, and I feel for them, I do. However, I always, always acted in a professional maner when doing my job as a soldier, even when dealing with some douche bag having a bad day and wanting to dish it out on me.

All I am asking for is common courteously and some professionalism.

For the last 3 months I have been flying to Houston for work on Monday mornings and flying home to NOLA on Friday evenings.

Given the experience of 23 flights since January, I generally agree with SMWS6TA’s assessment.

Not as old as if I couldn’t go home on the weekends. Luckily, the flight is only about an hour and I only have another 6 weeks left in Houston.

I am a tax consultant. Our Houston office was short handed and I didn’t have much work at home so I am filling in for the tax department of a company that was acquired by one of our clients last year.
