What do you pay for renters insurance?
I'm thinking about getting it because my GF's sister is a lying stealing sack of crap. Just wondering what you guys pay.

When I was renting I think it was like $200/yr. This was in LA back in the 90's And I was renting a house. My home owners insurance here in Tempe, AZ is ~$520/yr.

My land lord has insurance on the place I'm living in but that covers her stuff. Good news is that it covers furniture (which is mine) because it was originaly furnished so I never worried to much about it. Originally Posted by Sarge

back when i rented it was about 90 bucks a month but i dont remember the coverage
