Well i think for the most parts its true for me. Im no expert at anything, however i think most people feel comfortable comming to me with all kinds of problems.

that depends on your definition of "expert."
i differentiate between expert and professional. a professional gets paid for what they do; what services they render. an expert does not get paid.
therefore...
i am an expert in the following...
floor sanding and sealing
auto maintenance
auto repair
record keeping
motorcycle riding
teaching how to drive a manual transmission car
teaching how to drive a motorcycle
relationship counciling
peer advising
oh how the list could go on and on.
seriously though i'm not an expert in anything but i'm competent in many things.
