What can i do?

On saturday i returned 2 cargo shorts i bought at Guess and the girl asked me if i wanted it back in my debit card.

So i give her my card she does her thing and i leave. So i looked online to see if the money was in already and it said i was charged 68.??.

Is there anything i can do cuz i dont have any proof that this happened other then on my Bank Statement.

Any advice would help...

In my opinion, even with the extra charge, you came out on top by not owning cargo shorts anymore.

Did you get a receipt back from her showing the return?

If not you may be able to get them to pull video and the registers history and try to prove your case that way. If they cant do that then its your word against hers.

Tell them your gonna lock everyone inside and burn down the store unless they give your 68 bucks back. And if that girl gives you any lip tell her you will record her screams so they can lul you to sleep at night. It worked at AE back in the day.

It usually takes a few days to go back in the account, so if you haven't gotten the money back by about a week, take your return receipt and a copy of your bank statement back to the store and ask to talk to the manager.

umm...without knowing names and designs, how can you know what the hell to get? You might end up getting 68 dollars worth of Guess cargo shorts that you would have to return and never get the money back, EVER.
