What "bit" is the PS3 and Xbox360?
You know, nes was 8-bit, super nintendo was 16-bit. We were talking about this at work the other day.

Video game consoles aren't really compared under that system anymore, but here it is:
The Playstation 3 has eight 128-bit processors (however one is dedicated to the OS and one is disabled, so six for game purposes) from its cell processor.
The XBox 360 has a triple core chip, three individual cores in a single chip. Each core has two hardware threads, with the same 128-bit register files. A total of six in all for game purposes.
So they are technically the same in that aspect.
