WTF? I'm a citizen LEGALLY and i never got much tuition help. Focking mexicans! Why haven't they been deported yet and why is the state wasting time and money even hearing this BS case? If they wanna contribute to our society, do so by GTFO of the US.

I can sympathize with their plight, if mommy and daddy snuck them over here when they were a baby.

Simple though, let them apply for citizenship. If/when they became a LEGAL citizen, they can apply for financial aid just like the rest of us.

I don't hate on those students, because they probably were brought over here illegally by their parents own doing and had no say in it. But they should do it the right way and become naturalized citizens.

I don't hate their cause for them working the system. In state doesn't cost you or me any additional taxes, just gives them a more reasonable cost to continue their education. They still pay like you an me for being a resident. My duaghter had to pay the higher cost to attend an out of state university for the first year. I don't think thats' fair either. It could be any ethnic color.

I will volunteer to help round up illegal immigrants all damn day. However, if these kids were raised in the American school system and are more American than a fresh LEGAL immigrant then we need to find a way to make them citizens.

Let me make this clear, I HATE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. The ones who come here and don't speak English and take American's jobs can rot in hell. I was tempted to run them over with my car the last time they marched down an American street.

But these kids are screwed, other than the fact that they look Mexican they would probably be as out of place in Mexico as I would.

I say keep their families together until they are 18 and then deport their parents. haha
