tur-duc-hen...anyone had one?
I think I'm gonna order one for x-mas this year. I've always wanted to try it but a 15 lb. bird for $120 better be worth it. Anyone tried it and is it worth the scratch? They're supposed to be awesome but I wonder if they're really that good.

Never heard of it..is it a turkey? Sounds like one of those mixed things....like a grapple that's a apple with grape juice injected.

I thought everyone knew about these. It's a chicken stuffed inside a duck stuffed inside a turkey. There's stuffing a sausage and stuff mixed in there too. Looks awesome.

Never had one either, but from watching it on TV it looks really good. I think that I could figure out how to do it on my own and save some money though.

we had one at work the other day and he gave us one for thnksgvng. he bought so many he got them for $64 apeice. the cornish hen and duck is really no bigger than your fist. if you have never eatn duck its a dark rich tasting meat. the stuffing was very sweet and i must say the chicken was my favorite and the turkey is still just a turkey. im glad to add duck to list of thing i have eaton but im not big on turkey so you wont see me forkin that kinda scratch for hoity toity turkey.
