Trying to find a GTO for sale locally. Question...
I've called a few thousand dealers and visited countless websites including Ebay and craigslist. Here's my question: Is there a website that will find a specific car for sale in a designated area for you?? Something that will find the specific make and model near where I live? I've tried cars.com and traderonline as well. This is becoming exhausting!

Forums work well also, I sold my corvette on a national vette forum. Was easy as pie, only thing I did not like is not being able to deal in person (sometimes). Got my check, put it in the bank it cleared. Sent the title in the prepaid envelop and waited for the shipping company to pick the car up. It was easy, but the entire time your a bit worried if it's your first time.

autotrader.com--found my GTO and G8 on both of them. Both were long distance deals too.

This thread should be an advertisement for Autotrader.com, for I too found my car there.
Although I don't want that fact to deter you from using it, it really is a great website.
