Touching music videos...

I know the songs been around a while, but i never saw the video to Johnny Cash's "Hurt" till yesterday..... honestly, it brought a tear to my eye to see that.... words cant explain it really. Very Powerful song.

When I was 22 I had a best friend of mine named Tom ( nicknamed "pooky"). We were both huge skid row fans. His girlfriend broke up with him and he was feeling pretty down. We went cat fishing a few nights later and just spent the night shooting the breeze and talking life type stuff. The next day he was found in his bathtub. He shot himself in the chest with his 9mm. I've thought many many times over the years what I would've said differently to him if I knew what he was going to do. Tom missed out on so much and really had no idea how much he meant to a lot of people, myself included. He was my hunting and fishing buddy and every fall when I'm sitting in my tree stand I think about what he's missed out on over the years. "wasted time" by skid row without a doubt has the most meaning to me.
