took a vacation to missouri

Ok so I am here in festus about 20 or 30 miles away from st louis, and I have seen so many fbodys here its insane from new camaros down to trans am's. Alot of trans am's in fact, but what I was wondering what is up with the fbody scene here in mo. I have only seen one ss camaro(that was modded) and that was tonight here at my hotel that I know had a cam didnt talk to the guy but heard the nasty sound and seen a little bit of its action. How many people here in mo would like to go for a little ride around st louis.

I am here to visit my girl friend since she is going to college he she wants to finish up before she moves to nc with me. I have been to several of the sights such as the arch, zoo and the infamous drunken fish today which was very good. My girlfriend loves cars, but this was the first time she has gotten to ride in a t/a with t-tops and I would like to show her that not all of the people who owns them are old and just uses these vehicles for daily driving. So if anybody has any idea's or would like to have like a car hangout sometime before I leave. pm me for my cell number if you would like to come up with something!!!

i know! the link works for me. the race track is in madison illinois which is like 10 minutes from st louis. you should probably check it out. there is going to be a shit load of cars at this.

I might just have to do this, cause she has been taking me sight seeing and all this jazz, and I mean yea its nice to see all the sights but jesus does it get old after seeing this stuff over several days, and I would just like to get around the car scene since I have been in Iraq for the past year and have some time around the passion and not doing what ive been doing for the past year and that would be seeing different places and new things just wanna be around something that I know lol. Oh and you have a z06 vette I seen one today when I was leaving the drunken fish it was blue I was gonna try and catch up and see if it would play since none of all the other fbods and stangs will since I have been here lol.

yea this is where I got a hotel cause this is close to where my girl lives, and I just dont really feel like staying with her at her parents house haha. And I am not a big park on the side of the road while people fly by my car in a small street in downtown haha. I am not that big of a city person unless I am just going out crusing lol, and yalls streets and highways are crazy not used to the set up lol. We went up their today around 2 or so, and they were completly sold out for the whole day i was like wth lol, its a really big tourist sight bigger than I thought it was, so we kinda walked around the musuem part and went into the gift shops lol.

haha yea, I will be next month not so worried about it since I have 3 bottles of crown reserve that I brought with me plus some wine that is already gone lol, but I have just been sitting here sipping on the reserve for the past couple nights lol.

Yea I love mine have a bunch of stuff sitting at the house right now like full tsp headers and x pipe with sfc and polyeurathane motor/tranny mounts, I installed my intake which was a volant. I was planning on waiting till I finished up with this trip before I installed all that then ordering the intake tb and heads an cam after that.

There are tons of F-bodies around here in Missouri. Prices around here have come down. Not too far from me is a nice '00 TA for $7,800. So you can get into a nice LS1 car for not a lot of money, or if your into the LT1s I ahve seen them as low as $1200.

if you want to see a ton of f-body or ones that are racing come out on hwy 370 on a weekend night. it turns into a drag strip or go to haul street downtown stl for a real trip.
