Inflames is awesome. More like down tuned, euro speed metal then XmetalcoreX great band-very dynamic.

ill nino and nothingface are my favorite bands.... i got one nation underground the day it came out.

this is war and all I ask for are my favorites off ONU. their new CD blends the heaviness of revolution with the numetal groove of Confession.

Te Amo I Hate You is Ill Nino's best song, IMO, love it.....

I usually keep my heavy shit to the old school Metal. Not a big fan of new metal music really. Usually blast Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax, Iron Maiden, Motorhead, all those guys.

If I do listen to a newer metal band, it's usually Children of Bodom(sick guitar work), In Flames, Soilwork, Pantera/Damageplan, Trivium(not sure if they're metal or not, but I do like them). I know I'll probably get flamed for this, but I do like Disturbed.

I started listining to more Offspring, of corse my Motorhead,Like I said on another thread about punk-o-ramas. So i guess I am more of a punker than a new age metal.Rancid and Pennywise.

Killswitch ain't too bad...wish they'd develop their guitar work a little more. Opeth is another band I forgot.

If the band's got a kick ass lead guitarist and a good drummer I'll give it a listen. If they must scream, I gotta at least be able to understand the words.

There was a big differince between True Heavy Metal and all that hair bamd crap. Metal became on of those buzzwords.
Slayer,King Diomond, Manowar, Megedeth,and Metallicas first 3 albums most of the other stuff was Hard Rock. I get so mad when a band is called pop metal
