Yeah in all the news stories discussing how a divorce might pan out, they talked about how much she could get. But I didn't know it had happened. I believe that the large split is because of his proven/admitted adultery which is a breach of marriage and even a crime right?

But think about it, people sign those prenuptial agreements all the time... to prevent new spouses from getting their pre-existing money in a divorce. So I guess it is normal to allow newly combined assets to be evenly split in a divorce. Lame. But the precedent/thinking is that the wealthy spouse allowed the other spouse to become used to a certain lifestyle and thus is obligated to ensure said spouse gets to continue living in that manner. Especially when he is at fault with the rampant adultery. If SHE had committed adultery, she'd get MUCH less...
