Too bad they both can't play for the national championship.

If OSU beats Michigan in a very close game then there is a very good chance that it will happen. That game would bring tons of money too.

Sorry....
I meant both of those teams playing for the title.
Even with one of them losing...they are still the best two teams at the end of the year.

If OSU faces an unbeaten WVU, Louisville or Rutgers team in the national title, it will be a laughter of a national title game.
a game against a 1 loss florida, arkansas, or notre dame and its anybodys guess

OSU and UofM will play for the title ( on NOV. 18 ).
Don't count Michigan out just yet , anyone can win any given day.
Just ask Penn State about last years title run for them. Cut down thanks to the Wolverines.
On Nov.18 OSU will lose and get to play in the Rose Bowl , then UM will play in a bigger game a week later.

There are 3 1 lose teams in the SEC alone who can beat OSU or Michigan. Yeah they have beaten everyone by a wide margin but who the hell have they played. If OSU played Texas now the game would be much closer an Texas might even win. Michigan beat Notre Dame big deal they ain't that good. There will only be one undefeated team from a major conference the winner of the OSU/UM game an if there is any justice in the universe they will have to play the winner of the SEC Title game. In my opinion an I think there are several who will agree with me the SEC Champ should have the automatic BCS Championship Game bid cause if you win the toughest conference you should play for the National Title. If any of the 6 remaining unbeatan teams played in the SEC they would not finish unbeaten.

NO..
IMO Ohio State will be a 7+ favorite against whatever team they play in the NC..
Sure there is a chance that Mich. and Ohio State could still meet in the NC being that they are both so far ahead in points.. thats the game Im hoping for.

They may be a 7 point favorite so what. USC was a double digit favorite over the Beavers an lost. I will promise you that any of the big 3 or 4 in the SEC can play with OSU or Michigan.

The only reason West Virgina is anywhere in the top 10 is because their schedule is a joke. I think OSU will take Michigan.

What your saying about the SEC is exactly the way the Big Ten has been for years. They have to play each other and seldom does any of them remain unbeaten. They beat on each other.

OU was a favorite in the BCS Championship a few years back and LSU crushed them.
Fl. State was a favorite vs the Vols in 98' and Tn. smoked them.
Auburn got screwed out of the championship game a few years back as well.
I would love to see a Fl. or Auburn vs. OSU!
And I know OSU would be favored!

Ohio state is and should be #1 Yet I hope Michigan kicks their ass.
Pen state Iowa Wisconsin are good big ten teams they do beat each other up.
I think the south teams have a big vantage come bowl games. I would like to see them come up here and play in the snow. ( Look at green bay at home Tuff to beat them at home)
Its a different type of game in cold weather.

how many points have been scored against the bucks this year? Not many. Tressel is not a man to run up the score on anybody if they wanted to OSU could probably go into the NC game and win with their 2nd team. I hope that some BS undefeated team gets to play them and gets their ass handed to them. Watch out bc it will be troy smith and ted ginns last game, expect a record performance.

Illinois can play with the all mighty ohio state buckeyes
God aka Troy Smith threw for a whopping 108 yds. 0 TD, and 1 INT.
Bow down people, bow down to ohio stateLast edited by MyRed93z-28; 11-06-2006 at 08:44 PM. Reason: more sarcasm
