Tennessee/North Carolina Peeps! Need Vacation Help

We're going to be in Gatlinburg, Asheville, Boone, and places all around between Jan 3 and 18th, and damn do we need some hookup tickets! Wifey wants to see the Biltmore (and every other damn thing in the world up that way), but holy hell are they proud of it! Anyone got any deals, or contacts for any touristy stuff up that way? Every buck I don't have to waste on tourist traps goes back to the toy fund, I'm sure all ya'll can relate.

Anyone who can help a brother out, I'll be sure to return the favor when ya'll come to the beach.

I know if you are a member of AAA you can get a discount to Biltmore.

When you are in Asheville, you have got to go to the Mellow Mushroom downtown. Awesome pizza joint and they have a lot of local micro-brews.

Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge is nothing but tourist attractions, so be forewarned.

Yep, very familiar with the 'Shroom,I'm an Atlanta native. We have one on PC Beach now. I've been going to Sevier county since I was an infant, it's kinda like PCB in the mountains- Tourist trappery, but now and then, it's nice to be a pain in someone's ass, rather than the inverse.
