talk about beating/fighting speeding tickets

i got a speeding ticket recently. i just feel like im being robbed and taken advantage of. I was doing 83 on a highway that is a 65 or 70. The thing is generally the traffic is always going at least 75-80. If i go under 80 i usually get people switching lanes and shit just to pass me and i dont like that. So imo i was only really going like 3 over.

so.. i just look around sometimes on the internet for ways to get out of paying.

Ive read that if you put off the court dates as long as you possibly can you will have a better chance of getting the case dismissed/ cop not showing up.

ive also come across sites like http://www.beattraffictickets.com/

dunno if its a scam or actually useful. anyone every buy a book or anything to learn about this stuff?

Also what model and make radar detectors do you guys use if you have one? i need to get one. I read beltronics makes the best.

I'm sorry, but I really don't agree with this.

You were speeding. You got caught. Pay the ticket and move on. Quit the whining and crying about it. Quit trying to find ways to beat paying it once you've been given a ticket. Grow up and take responsibility for your actions.

I have received only one speeding ticket the entire time I've been driving. Luckily it was in a small town in Louisiana where the fine schedule was not as high as in the rest of the state. He said he clocked me going 88 in a 70 (I was going faster but I wasn't going to argue with him, lol).

Ticket was $140 (certainly lower than I expected) and provided I do not get another ticket in that town within a year it will not go on my record.

i had insurance on at the time. this was like a month ago. Weather was like 50, clear, i put insurance back on to take a ride. Was about 1000 feet from the border of KY and Indiana then i got pulled over for 73 in a 55. lame.

I got out of a speeding ticket once by getting a repair bill from a buddy of mine at a shop showing that my speedometer wasn't working

. The second time I tried that it didn't fly though.

i have hope that there are ways out. if it was legal for you to be assfucked you would be like its the law i need to grow up and accept its ok. well im not really ok with being assfucked even if its the law. so i guess i wont grow up and i wont quit looking for a way out.

I killed a person once. The cops let me go though, since everyone else in the room had killed someone as well. They told us not to do it again.
