This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever!

Turn in your man card immediately!

If you want a T-top car then buy one.

FWIW, vert > T-tops. And yes I've had a vert....

Several guys have put t tops in hard top cars. Not that hard. I'll see if I can find the write up.

Reread OP's opening statement. He wants to turn a convertible into a T-top car...

Yeah, you would be completely rebuilding the car and the structure wouldn't be what a stock t-top car would be... plus lining up everything would be a complete B*&ch. You'd end up spending more money trying to convert it than buying a 2nd t-top car. So either save up for a 2nd car.. sell your 'Vert.. or just be happy with what you have.

the targa thing would be easy for me,just cut the t top brace at both sides, and get a piece of glass for it. I could probably wait for the glass cause it never rains in phx,and besides,it has a garage.

Have you lived there long? They just had flooding rains last week. And come June they'll probably have some more.

Last January Barrett Jackson was a wash too, with tents collapsing and high winds. That's coming up next week, I hope the weather is more cooperative this year.

FWIW, the windshield posts are reinforced in a vert so that in the event of a rollover you aren't crushed...
