Hey Jodi, I'm here watching Street Outlaws and I did not see your red WS6. What is your ranking on the show ? Which one of these guys built your motor ?

Because I have a street car, not a track car with a fancy trailer. Yeah, I know most of these guys. They are all part of a club called Midwest Street Cars.

The flying part was fine. It was the sitting around the airports waiting on delayed flights that sucked. You and Dina make it home safely?

Hate to bust on the show but it's stage.....no way in hell street racing would be done with all those light generators lined up along the road side for all the cameras. At least none of the one's I've been to & seen.

The cars & races may be real but the event "just happening" along any location....naw

There's no denying that part Scott. But I distinctly remember seeing most of these cars at the track.

They say theyre the fastest street cars, but they're tubbed, open headers, roll cages. These are track cars...not street cars....except for Farm Truck, lol

but otherwise I like the cars.

I really like the cars - but they're definitely not the fastest 10 street cars in the nation - by any stretch, and I think some of the stuff is staged........just like any other "reality" show. Although, I think "Murder Nova's" car is the real deal. My point: If they're the 10 fastest in the nation, why have I never seen them in "The Fastest Street Car Shootout" then?

It's nice having another "car" show on, but the whole premiss for this show is just plain dumb. As stated, it's all staged, and they're all flat out track cars.

"Hey motherfucker, let's street race for some money!"

"I'll whoop your ass, just lemme git my 1000hp drag car off this fancy trailer, do a full burnout, wear all my safety gear, have lights at the starting line, close the "roads" down, and have medical personal on standby! Bitch!"

The only entertainment is Farmtruck rolling around and actually racing "street cars", especially for their wings.

I have to agree Farmtruck is the only real street car on the show.

And Chief's truck, the red turbo Chevy. He drives that everywhere.

Then there's this guy from my hometown that recently entered his 80's Fairmont in a charity racing event on route 66 and beat the Farmtruck and Varleys mustang.

It's just entertainment. Period. But kind of cool a bunch of TRACK cars from Oklahoma got a show on tv.

I'm on Discovery Channel's website checking out the show under the "rides" section.

"Chuck Seitsinger's 1989 fox body Ford Mustang (with Chevy engine)" LMFAO.

And then of course the picture of a "challenger" to a race? Is a chick (Tina Pierce) in a bone stock LT1.

I hope someone trailers a car down there and whoops the fuck outta these guys. It's a big country to throw a show up on cable and start running your mouth about being the fastest car.
