From what I heard over the weekend it was a heroin overdose. Sad to hear as I liked his music. I got to see him at The Marquee (a small venue of less than 1,000 SRO in north Tempe) when I was living in Tempe, AZ.

Papa roach front man who started the overdose rumor has retracted his statement and apologized to Waynes family. Said he heard through the grapevine it was drugs. Havent heard anything else.
