Dude come on. Wings are needed to race and win. I suppose these are ricer too.

Without these wings and the added downforce your turn in speeds and coming out of a corner speeds would need to be far less or the car would get squirly.

I understand that completely. I said I don't care if it's necessary. I don't like it. It's ok, I'm allowed. And yep, those vettes look ricey to me, too, with the spoilers and the black striped paint on the yellow...

I agree corvettes look best with no spoiler or a small lip spoiler but those wings arent ricer if they have a purpose. These are purpose built race cars nothing ricer about them IMO.

I agree with you, I dont see how you catch rice out of something like that, I mean its not like its some huge ugly air plane wing looking thing that has no purpose like what ricers do and a huge fart pipe. Everything that is on the car has a purpose to make it scream around a track better faster and more efficiently than a stock verson!!!

Once again, I GET IT. The spoiler is functional and needed for racing. I can accept it's functional necessity but still hate the way it looks... Combine that with the racing paint jobs and it looks like rice to me. Agree or disagree, sure, but quit telling me that the spoiler serves a function. I knooooooooow that...

Yea dude it wasnt me telling you again I was just sharing my opinion, I love the way these car look lol, I would own one in a freakin heartbeat, I just think its pretty cool chevy is looking into doing a autox racing series vette option, just something pretty interesting havent seen something like this from a car company before!!!

Ferrari makes the Challenge cars.

Dodge made the ACR.

Why not offer a similarly stripped-down, no-nonsense, track-ready Vette?
