sprained the fuck out of my neck

I just sprained my neck really badly. I went to look at something and i heard something crack in my neck, and now i have to turn my whole body to see something. Its hurting like a mofo and hurts even when i cough!! I put about half a bottle of bengay and it dont seem to be working. Any1 know what to do? Maybe a nice hot shower. I pulled my neck before but this is the worst. Its paining just sitting here and typing. If it dont get better by tommorow ill go see my doc. (Plus it gives me a good reason no to go to college)

I did something like that once. Took like a month and a half to get better. Went to the chiropracter for alittle while. She popped my neck once and I had fuzzy vision for a couple of hours.

I've injured my neck a few times...never heard a crack before the pain though. The worst part is trying to get up from laying down and turning your head.
