Ihsahn (from norway) is former lead singer/guitarist/songwriter for the Emperor.

His latest CD, "AFTER" is a great piece of work.

Ihsahn does all the singing both clean and dirty, also plays all the guitar parts, 7 string and 8 string.

(listen for the sax, yes there is saxaphone playing on this CD, and its genius, really compliments the music) There is a mix of very heavy to very light music on this cd, here are a few samples.
