    Sooooo anxious

I just dropped Nymphadora off at my shop that does all the work I can't do. I have an oil leak that I can't seem to find. While the oil pan is off, I'm having them install my ARP 2000 Rod Bolts. The shop has never let me down in the past and I left them the instructions ARP sent with the bolts, but I am still antsy about this whole thing...if they f**k up, it will cost me a newly upgraded engine.

Only thing I don't like about work at shops...I never trust them to properly torque bolts.

My shop built shortblock in TA has lasted since 2003 (knocks on wood)! You will be fine if they are a trusted place and if not then they should stand by their work.

    Very true.

It has almost been 2 years since Sara's mom and I split. Sure doesn't feel like it.
Plenty of 'stuff' to keep me busy.

Yeah man, seems like yesterday when you had pics of the bird covered in snow or when you had it torn apart in your garage with the stroker about to go in.

Thought you said it looked like it was coming from the rear of the motor....

Front main I would tackle. Just involves removing all the acc. stuff in the front.

No, I said it was coming from the Timing Cover/Oil Pan.

I'm too busy as of late to mess with all of that stuff. I could easily do it myself if I had the time

    They're for the nitrous install.

no... i've had a hard on for TT's for a while but the more i thought about it there is no need for them anymore... tt's were made (two smaller turbo's anyway) to replace the single large due to lag... singles these days don't have the lag they used to... i almost bought the STS kit when they first came out... they were right around $3k for the kit... thank the car gods i didn't...
