I'm 54, all they had was AM radio back in the day...

For me it would have to be old Beach Boys or pre Rubber Soul Beatles. There are others but those would be the most common.

Yea the stuff they call ..AM Gold ... although I heard it on the local FM stations ...
One song would be Baby Come Back by Player .. I remember I heard that so many times on the way to and from High School,,,, can still see the town the way it was back then,,,

Only problem with that song was you had to be in or from LA to know what they were singing about.
