wow.
Some of that stuff seems very precise with a high margin of error, like the hammer-ball-hit-into-the-box, the slinky, and the damn near bullseye on the dart board...
My guess is that the guy is either has a doctorate in physics and calculated it to perfection on the first try, or a guy who spent three weeks continuously trying, making minor adjustments until it worked perfectly.
Or possibly both.

I don't think he did it all at once, he did it in sections and filmed each section and put the video together.
