Some training pics...
My dad got a new Digital SLR camera for xmas so he came in and watched me do some MMA training and tested it out. Some of the pics arent so good. I think he had too much lense for the room we were in. Im the dude in the red/black fight shorts and black Under Armor shirt. My trainer Kelly Leo is in the grey t shirt and our other training partner is the mexican.

switch the camera settings to either sports mode or manually adjust it to have a fast shutter speed so you don't have the blurriness.

Tell him to crank the ISO up, and the shutter speed, so he can get the crisp shots without resorting to using the flash. If you have enough light, its a piece of cake to get crystal clear shots even in high speeds.
Also, its not the lens... the lens was fine... its settings... a sport mode(if it has it) should try to do that automatically, but if it has a manual mode, tell him what I said above. ISO makes pictures brighter.....

Cool pics!! I miss doing it, but I was only doing it for fun....and I'm gonna give it up. I tore my labrum pretty bad and gotta have surgery on it. Oh well, it was a LOT of fun, but I think I'm gonna go back to lifting again...after the surgery that is. As long as you're still having fun.....KEEP IT UP!!
