Alright so this is a stupid question........what is the best way to get vegetables that are very hot and crunchy. Soggy veggies suck. Does anyone have a steamer? Do they work well. Any ideas are a help. Thanks

The grill is the only way to cook, but if you steam them then it works also.

true........but here in northern wisconsin where it is snowing from now until April and below 20 degrees all the time, grilling is not fun for the winter.

Wasn't fun when grilling outdoors was the only option........But we have evolved so much that we have beer to take with us to brave the elements

get a chinese wok or one of these deep korean pans. stir fry them with a little oil and high heat for 3 minutes (more or less, depending on what you got). crispier than from the grill. important: salt them after cooking, or they will loose too much water.
