Theres one in the city near me, its not a speed bump. Its a speed sidewalk. The road is raised to sidewalk height in front of an elementary school, its like 8" higher than the road and about 4' long. Its rediculous. The road on both sides is so gouged from one side to the other from all the idiots who think they 'jump' over it.
