So the Pats accused the Colts for piping in crowd noise?

Pot I would like you to meet kettle.

Now, I would like the Pats fans to explain that if CBS was not at fault for the sound during the Colts/Pats game, what happened here?

    Never even heard that.
Either way...who cares? Didn't appear to be anything going on, and the offense was on the sideline when the mystery noise came in.

    15-0.

Pats never blamed anyone. People watching the broadcast did. Pat's ONLY followed up on it just to be sure because of the long running rumors of the Colt's doing such

Sounds like a broadcast problem. Happens all the time. Besides, in an open stadium, it's a hell of a lot harder to mask that noise.

Pats are clean, for the most part.

I didn't post this to point out that the Pats were cheating, but it is just funny that the same exact noise was heard during the Colts/Pats game and all the Pats fans were screaming that the Colts were piping in crowd noise. Now that it happened at their stadium, oh well yeah it's just a CBS glitch that happens from time to time, it is a double standard. Until the Colts are fined, punished, and reprimanded by the league for piping in crowd noise, it didn't happen. Can't say the same for Pats and their videotaping, so yeah 15-0* indeed.

Listen about the :08 to :11 its a staticy thumping noise which sounds exactly like what happened during the Colts game that everyone was saying was proof the Colts piped in crowd noise.

    Or 14.75-0.

Not like it really made a difference in that Jets game.

that correct (the jets game). 15-0* is BULLSHIT. the record is clean, pats would have wiped the floor with the jets anyways. besides it was a misinterpretation of the rules

I dunno about that...But yeah, the little videogate debacle holds no water over what they've accomplished this season. Greatest team ever, indeed.

Wouldn't say that just yet, they won't be playing 1-14, 3-11 ect, type teams come the playoffs, no super bowl ring = worthless season.

That would be correct, but they played the Jets twice, Miami twice, and Buffalo twice, that is 6 wins against non playoff teams, other wins were Eagles, Ravens, Bengals, Redskins, Browns. It is hard to win in the NFL, but the Pats didn't exactly have a tough schedule.

    I agree.

But they also knocked off the #2 and #3 ranked teams on ESPN's power rankings in the Colts and Cowboys.

If they run 19-0 which would include winning the Super Bowl, then they can be labeled greatest team ever. If they go 16-0 in the regular season but don't win the Super Bowl, they don't qualify as greatest team ever IMO. You have to win your season championship to qualify for that title, which is something they might do, but have not done yet.

Yeah if they go 16-1 with a playoff loss then it would be a losing year for them. So who right now would be the greatest team ever? 72' Fins?

Good debate, the '85 Bears, the early 90's Dallas team, the Niners of the 80's or the Steelers of the 70's. The Pat's of this decade would certainly have to be considered a dynasty as well. You could make a case for any of the teams above. I wouldn't consider the '72 Dolphins the greatest team ever, they played a 14 game regular season back then and they didn't win multiple Super Bowls, but neither did the '85 Bears. Its hard to compare teams from different eras as well. Just a fun debate

'72 & '73 Phins both won the Super Bowl. In 73 they went 12-2. They also appeared in the 71 Super Bowl but lost to the Cowboys, first team ever to appear in 3 straight Super Bowls.
