1997 Grand Cherokee- 1999 Firebird.
So my wife and I make a little more than $80k/yr..
AND I HAVE TO GET A SECOND JOB!!!! Yeah, I'm a little pissed right now. Everything just took a dump at once it seems. $1200/month for daycare( kids are EXPENSIVE!!!), 3 car payments, mortgage, credit cards, loans, Christmas is right around the corner.....I guess I should have seen it coming. If I can get a second job at a minimum of $10/hr, 3 days a week, I should be ok in about 3 months. Sorry for venting. On a side note, Yellowtail makes a shiraz/cabernet blend that is OUTSTANDING!!! 60% shiraz, 40% cabernet, and 100% delicious! Good news is my 401k is still doing pretty well. I thought about quitting and paying off a ton of bills with it and getting another job at $12-$13/hr closer to home but I would be too scared to do that honestly. Anyone wanna buy a Firebird? Looks like I'm going to have to get rid of my toy Might sell the house and rent something smaller for a year or two. 4 years ago we had more money than God's accountant, then BAM!!! Kids and a house payment and daycare and on and on and on. People get divorced over this crap all the time but I guess I have a pretty good woman. Hell, she puts up with me right? I know I'm not th only one feeling the pinch, but it suuucks when it hits home. I'll get off of my soapbox now.

Sorry you're having a hard time right now.
Selling the house may not be the best bet right now. It may not even be worth what you might think it is. Rent is also high.
Hopefully, things will level back out and the pinch won't be so tight.
We're all feeling it

I know. I'm just drunk and venting. AND WAITING ON A BLOWJOB SINCE 11:30!!! Wy wife was swearing up and down that she would hook me up after the kids went to sleep. BULLSHIT!!! She's asleep in the recliner in front of her soap operas. I should walk over there and shove my cock in her butt.

If its between workin harder and sellin the house, I'd pick workin harder. It'd suck to sell the house, not get what you expected and then have the market either level off or flat out improve again and realize you could have made a lot more in the long run at a later time. Renting will only make someone else rich.

you're not going to be in this boat alone.....there will be many many more following you. I would suggest to do what it takes to keep on keeping on and try to ride it out. Don't sell your house, you'll lose your ass and end up paying rent which is never good. The good news is you guys are still employed so you can somewhat control your destiny. Don't pull your 401 either. By the time the taxes and penalties come out of that thing it won't be worth it. You'll lose a lot of money doing that. Just stay above water and do what you can to ride the wave.

First off, holy shit...daycare is more expensive than college? Somebody should've told my grandmother she was getting screwed over by taking care of me for free while my parents worked...
$1200/month is pretty steep for a place to dump your kids to get sick, pissed on, and learn dirty words at while you're at work.
And +1 on trying to avoid selling pretty much anything. My parents' house appraised at $300 grand last month, but larger, waterfront houses in the area are on the market for half of that (and not selling).
Things are always darkest before dawn, it'll get better eventually. Good luck!

I'd rather jack off honestly. I know how I like it and I don't have to talk to myself afterwards. Although sometimes I do just to break the awkward silence after I cum in one of my wifes socks.

It's either her socks or her panties. The neighbors and I can't stand the smell of her underware drawer when it's opened so it's always her socks.

refiance your house if you can and pull your equity if you have any and pay off as much of your debt as possible. That should be your goal, to get out of debt. Credit cards are evil. 3 car payments..... keep what ya need and sell whatcha don't.
