Pewter- 2001 Camaro SS hard top
So I've been searching for a new ride
I've been looking for the right car for some time now and have finally found one that looks like everything I'm looking for at a reasonable price the only problem is that it is in Baltimore and I'm in northern Indiana and I have no idea how to go about getting the ball rolling on this car.
Here is the add for the car

Any advise you guys have would be great or if someone is local if they could check the car out or something that would be awesome to

Link isn't working for me

Link doesnt work but Im assuming its the trans am?! Nice car, alittle high in price though. Make sure you have EVERY red cent accounted for before you fly there though. They can set it up where you test drive the car, sign and drive away. Also have them make a video of a walk around to make sure there are no "suprises" when you get there!

heres the link again. Really you think that price is high? seems every car i look at with that low of miles would be at least 3 grand more'01 SS hardtop 6-speed - SLP lid and smooth bellows, Magnaflow catback, TSP LT's and ORY, Tune by Frost, Founders PB,LCA's and RB's, UMI 2 pt SFC's, Strano front and rear sway bars- Strano springs and Bilsteins.

I would be vary weary of the dealers in baltimore espically if you are so far away. I went to one of the dealers there looking at a 2002 firebird trans am ws6, 6 speed, 100k but looked flawless. They were asking top dollar and then some, but me and my father went there with the intentions to buy the car if we could get it for a reasonable price. The car had a flat tire, road rash on all 4 wheels, the quarters had dents, scratches, before we got off the lot the ses light came on, and during the test drive we noticed a squeek from the right rear shock, and the rear was howling. Make sure you really have the car checked out before you fly out,

If you have the VIN can't you call SLP and find out if it is a true Hawk?

Car looks great and miles are really low! Price seems fair to me and it sure looks like a real Firehawk, all cosmetic details look correct. Is it modded at all? Ask for some engine pics too and the walk around video is a great idea.

Looks nice to me. And I agree if it is a true Hawk, the price is right.

Take a day or two off work and fly out there to look at it.
You could also get the VIN and do a car-fax.
$14,000 seems reasonable for a low mile Firehawk with an M6,you may even get them down a G or two.

They have a carfax on their site and the car is clean 2 owners one had it one year could have been the dealer himself.
The reason I think the dealer had it a year is there is no lein on the first sale.

Both cars look nice to me, I'd be happy with either one. Hmm, I'm in Md. Gonna go take a look at that Hawk. J/k
