most of them are... i've spun tire through an intersection (i didn't notice the officer 2 cars behind me) and got pulled over... i pulled in to the dunken donuts parking lot (to get an iced coffee) and he pulls in behind me and says hold on sir... i'm pulling you over... do you know why?" i said "probably because i was driving like a dick... were you at the intersection???" he just laughed and said take it easy...

Got pulled over at night last sunday for no tail lights. (stupid bulbs)
I automatically rolled my windows down and turned my interior lights on.
When the cop asked me if I rolled my windows down because of my tints (35% all around)
I told him the truth, because they are dark and I wanted to make sure that he sees me when he approaches the car.
He said thanks for being honest and being COOL with him.
5 minutes later I was on my way home without any tickets.
I was KOOOOOWWWWLLLLLLL
