So I built a pole barn
So I built a pole Barn.... It's so nice to have a place to park your car and protect it from the elements. It's not huge but it is 16x36. I got a buddy who was not using the trusses and gave them to me, so I saved a ton of money there. I figure I can always add on a little lean to on the side. I can park 2 cars nose to nose. I just got my final inspection the other day so I got a lot of work ahead of me. Driveway and concrete being on the list.
Does anyone have any ideas on how much building a barn or garage adds to the value of your home. I figure I got about $3000 invested in it. Which I would say is pretty good.

Looks good. You should have no problem getting your investment back and thensome, especially if it has concrete floors and electric inside.

Ask a realtor, they can tell you. Values vary from place to place and the current market.
I sure you haven't detracted form the property if that's what your worried about.
My Dad built his 33'x30' workshop with concrete driveway all the way to the pad. Added about $40,000 to the value of the property. Even added a toilet and sink with it's own power box that's separate from the house, but tied to the same power meter.

being in michigan the first thing I would do is shoot some insulation into it and add a wood burner. Looks good though and you came out awesome on the price invested. It does depend on the area as far as out buildings go but you will get every dime of that money back plus some if/when you sell.

make sure you have something to deter varmint. Hate to see the cars have mice/rat problems.

Great job!
You should have no problem recovering the $3k investment... you'd be lucky to walk out of Home Depot with a shed for $3k.
