So this girl at work..........

well she gets fired after working there for 3 years. I don't know the details why she got fired, but I can assume that she was always late to work.

She owed me $30 since I can remember, probably for 2+ years. She came up to me one day after her shift and asked me if I could lend her money so she can gas up her car. I didn't have cash on me, but I told her I would go with her to a gas station and use my credit card for her POS Cobalt that been banged up more times then kids at Neverland Valley Ranch.

anyways, I never bothered to ask her about the $30, because truthfully at some point I just for got about it.

So yesterday at work my co-workers and I got a chance to gossip a little bit and we talked about that chick. To my understanding, she owe everyone there money...there were 6 of us talking about her and she owned anywhere from $20 to $400. the $400 she borrowed 2 days before she got fired. then later we find more people she owned money to. there are over 1900 people at my job.

So we tallied up the number...and she owes over $1,500 and I thought I was the only one. now this girl made easy $400-$500 a week. where the fuck did all her money went.

this is why i dont loan people money at work unless they are really good friends and its like 20 bucks or less. i've only had like 2 or 3 work friends in my life i'd loan money to, but they always promptly paid me back. its pretty arbitrary when you think about it cause you know they are getting paid. so where does their money go?

this chick must've been hot. I rarely have the desire to reach into my pocket to loan someone a quarter much less drive to a gas station with them and use my debit card to put gas in their car. On a scale of 1 to 10 she would have to be a 15 for me to do that.

Side note.
Last winter I was putting gas in my car and it was freezing outside. I was at a gas station that wasn't on a main drag and this chick comes up to me and asks to borrow some money to put gas in her car because she's on her way to NY and is low on gas blah blah blah. Obviously a meth chick just trying to get a little cash to buy meth and I was a sucker 20 years ago but not anymore. Remember, it's winter and about 10 degrees outside. I told her I wouldn't give her any money but I'd buy her coat for $10......she declined. Guess she didn't need the gas that bad.
