SLP's Flowpack , Is it Worth the $ ?

I was just wondering if SLP's flowpack, for the LS1, is worth 300 dollars, because all it really consists of is: a lid, smooth bellows, K&N filter and the aluminum intake piece. Now, I realize that most of the horse power gained from this mod. comes from the lid and the cutting of the restrictive factory plastic (free ram air mod), which comes to a grand total of about 100 dollars. And even if you add the K&N air filter it is still only $150. So I’m asking if the smooth bellows and the aluminum intake piece are truly worth $150, for the performance they yield. Let me know what you think, thanks.

The only thing worth having is the lid and you can get
that used. The rest is either worthless, or worth some
trouble down the road.
