Sleeping pills?

I used to just take some night time cold meds to knock me out. Did that last night, but it didnt get the job done like it used to.

What sleeping pills should I try? I'm looking for something that I will be able to wake up from in 8 hrs or less.

any thing with triptophan (sp?) in it... and drink milk before bed also...

Tylynol PM works for me.

The Nyquil is not doing it for me now.

Exedrin PM...better then Tylenol PM. I can wake up on it w/o feeling groggy.

im on ambien right now but its not working that well for me i havent slept in about 2 weeks it feels like, im up 15 to 20 times in the middle of the night. functioning during the day is pretty hard but what can i do,

That + Valerian Root will do the trick.

Tylenol PM and Excedrin PM are the exact same thing by the way.
