Sleeping
I haven't been sleeping for the past 2 months or so.
Bought some Tylenol PM today at the campus bookstore (was all they had that listed drowsiness as an effect)
Anyone know how long it takes to kick in?

2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
About 2-3 hours to take full affect. It depends on how much of the appropriate chemical is in what you took.
I use Advil PM myself. 2 tablets = 76 mg of diphenhydramine citrate (which is what makes you drowzy). I also need peace and quiet for it to work. Easy to achieve as I live alone.

no, you need healthy natural sleep. chew some valerian root and get more exercise. You wanna see pain? Swing by First Methodist, Tuesday nights. See the guys with testicular cancer. That's pain.

Tylenol PM doesn't always work the best. I hear people all the time telling me it does the opposite in fact. Try some melatonin, it helps promote better sleeping tendencies, you will find it in vitamin areas.

Dunno about pm, but damn. Cold and sinus pm will knock you the fuck out. I never slept before and my medication does not help. 5 hours of interupted sleep max. Going to try some rose hips, melatonin, or valerian root.
