Except for the work week (when I use legal drugs to put me out) I sleep irregularly as I have insomnia.

interesting. i just work a rotating schedual on nights and days.

i think i have insomnia. i get about 4 hrs a sleep a night. i have a hard time falling asleep. 2 30ish is when i usually fall asleep. i work 7am to 5pm(usually later) M-F.
even on weekends when i dont work sat, same thing. sucks too cuz i always think to myself i have one day to sleep in later. doesnt happen
