    Question Sleep

    I've been sleeping terribly recently. I can't fall asleep until 4 or 5 and wake up at 7 for class.

    Last night I didn't sleep at all, partly due to my sleep problems but mostly due to school obligations.

    My question is:

    Do I fap and fall asleep right now

    or

    Do I crack a redbull and see it through to midnight, with the hopes of being tired enough to get a full nights sleep?


    P.S. I have 4 redbulls left

    uh, throw away the redbulls dumb ass.. that is prolly why you are not sleeping. take a short nap then go to bed at a normal time.

    try and ride it out. napping too much now unless you really need it ruins your sleep cycle. If you are a zombie and start seein shit, go to sleep though. I just battled insomnia for about a month in the summer. One of the big parts of it was not staying online all freakin night long. Cut back on working out, overtraining will give you insomnia. Your sleep cycle is way off though.

    Yeah I figured staying up would be better. Haven't even worked out much in the past week because of school.

    Try to sleep... If you breathe slower for a min or two with your eyes closed, yr body will slow down And you will fall asleep quickly. Don't drink the bull, it'll just make you feel like ass when you crash

    Ambien does the trick for me when i need sleep but cant fall asleep. Once that shit takes effect im out for 8 hrs straight. But of course you need either a persciption for it or a friend who is willing to lend you some.

    Something I had to do for a while was starting about an hour before sleep, turn your computer/tv off to help settle your mind, or simply read for a little while.

    My dad still does the book part and once he sets it down you can count that he'll be out within 5 minutes.
