Skinheads in here please.
ok not skin heads, guys that shave their heads.
Tonight was the first time I shaved my head. It feels great, except the razor burns.
What razors do you guys use and what shaving cream?
I used Mach 3 with soap.

Ah the soaps the problem. It dries out your skin. When I'd shave my head. I just used any new clean razor and some decent shave cream or shave gel with lotion in it. Gillete Fusion Gel is about the best I've found. You may want to put some non greasy lotion on your head to help with the burn.

ahhh, the wonderful feeling of shaving your head haha...i use the gillette fusion, with the fusion gel. Any type of gel is better than straight shaving cream, there are alot more moisturizers in gel forms...and cocoa butter works wonders for razor burn.

I've never shaved my head, but for my face I've found that vinegar and an old knife I found in the woods works best for me when shaving.

I use a Mach 3, but I do it in the shower. I run my hand over my head to make sure I dont miss any spots, and I always go against the grain. The aftershave I use is some Nivea for men with SP15 sunscreen in it. Works like a charm, no razor burn, no sunburn on the tater, haha. Get the stuff at Walmart, too.

I use a Mach III and I'm worse than a woman.
Before I shave in the shower, I get my beard nice and soft with creamy shampoos and moisturizers.
I make nice slow arcs from the chin upward, up across my face to my nostrils.
Then I make consecutive sweeps horizontal across my cheeks all the way back down to my chin.
I do this with my eyes closed and I consider shaving my little Zen treatment.
Then afterwards I use either pure 100% aloe or anything without alcholol all over my face and body.
I intend on keeping my youthful baby butt face for a long time.

I use gillette sensor 3 razors and edge advanced gel goin with the grain I think (downward) and my face and eyes burn like none other later that morning or the next day depending on when I shave, it will uually lasts a couple days, therefore I only shve once maybe twice a week if I got a date. I don't know what the deal is my dad lathers up with bar soap and uses cheap ass single blade razors you get in 20 packs and has no problems at all. what do you guys suggest?

I shave about every 2 days or so. It depends on how fast your hair grows and how long you want to let it grow before shaving it all off again.
