Should old members be able to get their post back ???

I am clueless about this , but back whenever this site went dow/spilt or what ever happen should the old members get their post back ? Some said thet got theirs back and some didnt. Heres your chance to ask and I will make it a pole. Please forgive me if I am stirring up a stink. I am a newbie so I plea innocence because I am young in LS1 lol

Uhhhhhh........after the crashes all members were offered thier post counts back
All ya had to do was to PM a mod & let them know what you wanted

I got some of my posts back. For some reason they shorted me about 500 posts and 6 months. Better than nothing i guess.

Post counts mean the same as dyno numbers IMO.

A high post count doesn't reflect that a person is an active member throughout the entire forum. They might have 10,000+ posts but 9,500 might have been made in the train thread.

If a person has achieved a high post count by making lots of technical posts over time, they should be recognized as such IMO. For this reason, some forums are set up to not add to your post count when you make a post in that certain forum.

Nothing I posted above is meant disrespectful towards anyone with a high post count. High post counts can be and are deceiving at times is all I am saying. Same with high HP cars.
