Shopping for a new digital camera...

I'd like to get another Canon (I have the Canon S1 IS right now), but am open to other brands. I need ti be able to rotate the screen like my current one allows & it must also be able to record audio & video. Looking to keep it under $500.

you mean when your previewing pictures you took?

Because when you rotate the camera the pics turn upright

No, I mean a screen that flips out & rotates like my S1 IS

Shockproof and Waterproof. I've dropped it a couple times and not even a mark on it. I regularly go tubing in the river with it and let it dangle in the water on my wrist. Great picture and the movies are decent also.
