Shit...
Why does business slow down this time of the year... I found another car I want, I can pay cash. But I really want my doberman so not putting that off again... Also have Christmas... Don't need to damn near empty out my bank account. Just hope that the economy is so shitty people don't want a gas sucking muscle car... Please be there in a month or two!!!
Car in question?
1980 Trans Am with a 6.6L, I would love for a weekend ride/project.
How much? $2,100 OBO

is the 6.6 an olds 403 or a pontiac 400? if its the 403 then good luck with that whole ordeal with modding but if its the pontiac then I say snatch that bitch up quick.

Don't know, don't care. As I would drive it around, if it dies it dies. I would pull the engine out and sell it. I always wanted a 2nd gen and put an LSx in there.
No, sweet!
Yes, it does. He said it runs great, he DD... For the price, it seems good. It runs and there's not rust through the damn doors like I seen.

IDK interior looks good, like even to the point. I would not do anything to it. Even though my parents own an interior shop. The interior looks great... Out side, has a "beer can" dent down the passenger fender, but the paint looks and still shines. Needs tires, and a/c does not work. Also has bondo repairs...

Rebuilding carb and doing some other work to it. But yes it runs damn well, when it's done. I plain to drive it to the beach. Oh, it's easy to work on, nothing electric. Also it's had work done to it, so you don't have to mix the gas, just go up to the filling station and fill her up.

Only thing though, the brakes need to be gone through. They work, just pull to the right when you mash the brakes, other then that the car works great. Just that it's an AM radio and there's not shit out there worth a damn.

But Iroc, if you want to try and work something out. Just let me know, I may even be interested in taking your 3rd gen in trade toward it. Also, I am usually pretty good at locating 302 for damn near nothing. If I get one cheap enough, you can have one to build and put in the Falcon.
